Where do you shipping to?
We currently deliver to Singapore. As soon as we are able to deliver to more countries, we will update this section.

Free Shipping

All orders exceeding SGD52, excluding tax and duties, are eligible for free shipping. Please note that all transactions are processed in local currency at checkout.

Flat Rate Shipping

This fee is determined by the shipping rates of individual countries and does not include tax and duties. 

  • Asia: Singapore - 2.99 SGD for orders under 59 SGD.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We’re a thriving startup, leveraging a lean structure for resource optimization. We aim to offer high-quality products eliminating unnecessary middleman costs. Your orders may take slightly longer as they’re processed from our multiple warehouses across Asia. We value your understanding and patience. Thanks for choosing us.

During exceptionally busy times, we do experience stock outs, which can cause a longer delay in an order. Depending on item availability, some orders may arrive in multiple packages. To ensure the security of purchases, Zeptrix may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays.

  • Australia – Estimated 8-20 working days
  • Other Southeast Asia – Estimated 8-12 working days

If you don't receive your order in the designated timeframe, please contact us here or via email support at zeptrix.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Order Status
If you provided your email address during checkout, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. This email will include your shipment’s tracking number, allowing you to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website directly.

Taxes and other charges
Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties. Please note, these taxes and duties are not the responsibility of Zeptrix.

Zeptrix products are not intended for resale. We reserve the right to cancel any order which violates these terms.

 

Returns

On any circumstance please DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple, as your product may come from our different warehouses where we process returns.

Some restrictions apply, our customer service team will verify if your product is eligible for returns.

Undamaged products may be returned for a refund (does not include currency conversion fee and credit card fees) for any reason within 7 days of the date of delivery. Once the returned item arrives back in Zeptrix’s warehouse for inspection, the return process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Zeptrix refunds the cost of the product itself
  • For purchases not made directly through Zeptrix’s online store, please contact the authorised retailers for refunds.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements


Cancellation
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately so we can attempt to adjust your order before it is shipped.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

How do I make a return?

For a fast request processing, please follow the following four steps below:

1. You must notify us within seven (7) days, starting from the day you received your delivery package. Please contact our customer service via email or contact us here.

2. In your email please state your order invoice number, your contact information, the name, name of the courier, tracking number in purchasing the order.

3. Please also take a picture and send us the image of the package clearing identifying the description of what was in the box.

4. Once we have received the claim from you, along with the package image, our customer representative will inspect your order and contact you.

Valid proof of purchase

  • Invoice number for your online purchases on Zeptrix.
  • Sales invoice for your online purchases on Zeptrix.
  • Please be aware that we may require multiple forms of proof of purchase to facilitate the return process, such as a money transfer receipt and confirmation of the original shipping address.

The buyer will be responsible for covering shipping expenses in the following cases:

  • Returning products for reasons other than a confirmed defect.
  • Exchanging for a new unit.
  • Accidental returns initiated by the buyer.
  • Returning items claimed to be defective, but confirmed by Zeptrix quality control to be in proper working order.
  • Returning defective items through international shipping.
  • Costs related to any unauthorised returns not processed through the established return procedure.

Not Covered Under Returns:

  • Products lacking adequate proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 7 days from delivery).
  • Complimentary products.
  • Repairs conducted by third-party entities.
  • Damage resulting from misuse or unintended product usage (including, but not limited to: falls, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, and improper device operation).
  • Purchases made from unauthorised resellers.
